Baseline-RTS Ltd is an independent training and predictive maintenance equipment solutions Provider Based in South East England and covering the entire UK & Republic of Ireland. 

We are able to offer a number of complementary technologies such as Thermal imaging, Ultrasonic detection (both passive detection and active measurement) Helium Leak detection, Vibration Analysis & Motion Amplification for use within the Engineering & industrial sectors of industry.  

We aim to supply the equipment that best suits your requirements, train you how to use it, and support you going forward with both services and advice to ensure that you get the most out of your investment and to also ensure the operators are fully convalescent using the equipment to ensure that any unplanned downtime you might experience is kept to the absolute minimum, as well as looking to reduce the overall cost of the repairs and the energy usage for your plant & assets.

Baseline-RTS Ltd was born from the closure of Alpine Components Ltd at the end of 2018. Across over a decade of employment with Alpine Components (2007—2018), Micky Jackson carried out in excess of over 500 onsite training appointments mainly covering Thermography & Ultrasonic detection. This led to a unique & multi-faceted approach when delivering the training courses to ensure the customer was able to the very best out of their equipment, and gain a quick understanding of how to operate it themselves.

Along with the countless Equipment demonstrations and customer support visits, Seminars and trade shows all throughout the UK and Ireland during his 11yr employment with Alpine Components Ltd, from high end Blue chip companies all the way down to serving one man bands, he decided to set up Baseline-RTS Ltd to continue to be able to offer the product advice, training & support services to our long established customers, as well as any new potential customers.

Being an ITC Level 3 Thermographer, and a level 2 Ultrasonic analyst he has both the experience and skill to ensure that your CBM programme gets off to a flying start, even with low end older equipment, we can help justify and to show a return on the initial investment for the positive decision to move towards Condition based monitoring and Predictive maintenance by your company.
